? Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors.
? Lead with empathy and decisiveness.
? Drive business success by effectively managing costs with our systems.
? Utilize operational systems, including our Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks.
? Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for advanced roles.
? Boost Guest engagement and build community relationships within the restaurant.
? Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
? Live and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
