Role Summary
Our Virtual Patient Coordinator takes pride in speaking with patients, provides highly personalized care and is patient and professional with all phone interactions and email correspondence. This position provides direct assistance to patients, providers, and financial team to ensure proper registration of patients.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
? Answers all incoming calls, emails and live chats
? Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary
? Registers new patients in electronic medical record
? Schedules new patient consultations and ensures all new patient questionnaires are completed prior to consultation with provider
? Emails new patient ?welcome packets? after successful registration
? Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
? Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality
Education, Licenses, Certifications
? Bachelor?s degree
? Exceptional customer service skills
? 2+ years of sales experience

This is a full-time temporary non-exempt remote position.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $20-25/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
