This position will be responsible focusing on preparing, equipping and supporting individuals (internal and external) to adopt and use the changes which includes the design and implementation plans for business changes, products, and transformations. Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation Review moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability Research performance trends Resolve data, logistics, project support issues, and lead team to meet production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trends, risk, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals Serve as a mentor Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) along with related tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, etc.) 1+ years of Integrated Receivables product specific implementation experience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members Experience in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Job Expectations: Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise This position offers a hybrid work schedule Normal business hours Posting End Date: 13 May 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
