Cycle Center of Denton, a multi-line power sports dealership located just north of Dallas has a career opportunity available for a Finance and Insurance Manager. Must be sales driven with strong leadership, communication, and organization skills. This is a performance-based position.
Manager will be responsible for submitting credit applications, calling credit buyer to secure financing, seeking out alternative lending resources as well as completing all paperwork to contract a sold unit. Department is currently offering Priority Maintenance, GAP insurance, Extended Service contracts, Tire and Wheel protection, multiple theft protection products, and battery coverage program.
Duties
?Meet and greet sales customers on showroom, during sales process and F&I introduction.
?Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer experience
?Assist customers in securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases
?Review and analyze credit applications to determine loan eligibility
?Review credit applications and submit to appropriate lenders to maximize available customer credit potential and reserve opportunities.
?Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
?Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
?Present and sale available protection options to customer via a menu system
?Provide financial advice and guidance to customers regarding their vehicle purchase
?Collaborate and train closely with sales team (4-8 associates) to maximize sales opportunities
?Review financing options with customer, overcome objections and concerns, close deals with maximum front and back end protection.
?Early management involvement with customer, explain victory lap and expectations to customer.
?Prepare/Print title paperwork and financing paperwork for all deals.
?Present paperwork to customers and Menu sale back end product.
?Submit contracts for funding. Monitor funding completion and document all deals on jackets and on FI Log
?Follow up with TD, TUD, and unsold applications to recapture lost sales.
?Submit all lender request for cancellations and follow-up with payments schedule
?Complete all required training online and remote as needed.
?Review all monthly lender program changes, updates, requirements to ensure deal accuracy and completion within deadlines.
Qualifications
?Experience and proficiency with CDK Lightspeed EVO Dealer Management System
?Strong knowledge of Financing instruments (i.e. TILA) regulations and compliance requirements
?Proven track record as a successful loan officer or finance manager
?Excellent customer relationship management skills
?Proficient in loan processing procedures and documentation requirements
?Knowledge of financial services products, including service contracts and insurance options
?Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan terms, interest rates, and payments
?Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
?Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing contracts
?Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
?Previous experience in FI, preferably in a power sports environment
