About the position

The Recruiter position at Penn Medicine is a remote role focused on the recruitment and selection of both clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization. Responsibilities
? Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

? Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

? Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

? Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media.

? Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards.

? Support the workforce planning process.

? Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events.

Requirements
? H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

? Bachelor of Arts or Science required

? 3+ years Full Cycle Recruiting experience required

? Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (PHR)
