• Lead a team of developers in creating robust, cloud native, and highly scalable solutions in data management and security domains
• Attract and retain talent through effective talent growth strategies
• Accelerate adoption of engineering practices and curate incubated projects
• Guide stakeholders in design and architecture discussions and make key technology choices
• Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• At least 4 years of people management experience
• Strong engineering and technology background

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Master's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with various programming languages
• Experience with cloud services and containerization technologies
• Experience in open source frameworks and front-end development
• Experience in Big Data, Data Security, Governance and Controls
