Job Summary

We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associates and Retail Stock Associates to join our merchandise team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
? Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
? Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
? Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
? Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
? Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
? Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.02 per hour, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Additionally, our full-time associates may be eligible for benefits such as medical, financial, and other perks.

Please note that full-time positions require full availability seven days a week, including early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Our theme parks and resort hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
