Role Overview
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on managing accounts with a keen understanding of their needs and preferences. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, drive sales, and ensure client satisfaction. Personalization and relationship-building are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
? Guide customers through our clients? products and services, including conducting product demonstrations.
? Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
? Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
? Manage customer accounts with a thorough understanding of their desired services and products.
? Collaborate with the Management team to identify and leverage new opportunities.
? Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
? Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
? Report on sales achievements and customer feedback regularly.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service is a plus.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Reliable transportation and ability to commute as needed.
