What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Design, implement, and maintain innovative reporting tools and dashboards for marketing applications
• Analyze and interpret data findings to provide insights into financial, operational, and strategic marketing aspects
• Develop strong hypotheses and uncover business insights for growth opportunities
• Acquire and cleanse data for statistical techniques
• Facilitate monthly forecasting process with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
• MS or Bachelors' degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of y years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or managing analysts
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Laboratory Diagnostics experience
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Knowledge of data migration and mining
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication skills
