? Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
? Work Environment: Fully Remote (Serve Students in Alaska)
? Caseload: PreK-12 (Determined by Experience & District Needs)
? Start Date: Immediate openings available
? Schedule: Flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time)
? Compensation: $45-50/hr based on experience

Responsibilities: ? Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs. ? Develop and implement intervention plans to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. ? Provide individual and group counseling via a secure virtual platform. ? Support students with anxiety, behavioral issues, learning disabilities, and emotional disorders. ? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment. ? Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting discussions, and crisis intervention planning. ? Utilize research-based methodologies to improve student success in school. ? Document progress notes, reports, and recommendations in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Required Qualifications: ? Master?s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. ? Alaska Type C Special Services Certificate required. ? At least two years of experience working as a school psychologist preferred. ? Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (training provided). ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams remotely. ? Reliable high-speed internet and up-to-date technology for online services.
