Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the sterilization of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to established protocols. ? Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized. ? Monitor and document sterilization processes, maintaining accurate records and logs. ? Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment. ? Ensure the sterilization area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. ? Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. ? Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a health science field is a plus. ? Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ? Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols. ? Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $18-$19 an hour
