Job Duties/Responsibilities: ? Review and analyze incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators ? Identify and address any critical or out-of-range readings promptly and escalate as necessary according to established protocols ? Monitor patients' vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software ? Communicate with patients via phone to discuss their health status and provide guidance as needed ? Explain medical terminology and procedures in an understandable manner, ensuring patients are informed and engaged in their healthcare management ? Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary ? Manage a significant volume of patient calls within established timelines ? Work towards achieving personal and team performance metrics ? Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment ? Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity ? Other cross-training LVN duties as assigned

Requirements: ? Active Compact LVN/LPN ? Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must. ? Quiet, HIPAA-Safe space to do your work. ? Nsight provides all the equipment needed.

Hourly Pay: LVN/LPN: $24/hour
