About the Role
As Senior HR Operations Manager ? North America, you will lead and oversee all HR operational functions across the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global policies. You will act as a key strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support company growth, enhance employee experience, and optimize HR processes. This role requires a deep understanding of North American labor laws, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with global HR teams and Delta Galil.
?Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute HR operational strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless implementation across North America.
? Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations while maintaining consistency with global HR policies.
? Act as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
? Lead employee relations efforts, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
? Partner with leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure a positive employee experience.
? Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration for new hires and alignment with company culture.
? Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction according to corporate practices.
? Monitor HR metrics and generate data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
? Work closely with the Global VP HR and Delta Galil HR Team ensuring consistency and alignment in HR practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
? Lead regional HR projects in coordination with corporate HR teams.
Requirements
? 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record in HR leadership roles.
? Strong knowledge of North American labor laws and compliance regulations.
? Experience in employee relations at a regional level.
? Ability to manage complex HR projects, implement strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements.
? Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
? Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
? Experience working in matrixed global organizations is a plus.
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NY office
PAY RATE: $140,000/yr-$150,000/yr
