About the Role As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish) * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required We're Looking for Fearless People We're looking for people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
