IT Intern (Infrastructure & Operations)
About the position Responsibilities • Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems. • Assist in the development of new desktops, servers or applications. • Research hosting options and report pricing and system options to management. • Create procedure documents to support operations and automation. • Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting issues Requirements • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Engineering, or related field • Familiarity with Linux, database management, scripting (Python, JSON, YAML, PowerShell, Groovy) or other technologies • Understanding of the healthcare industry and how IT can support that industry • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communications • Willing to learn and self-motivated • Customer service oriented, excited to learn new technologies, attend weekly meeting and report on task status Apply tot his job
