Job Overview As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with Key Autism Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with children and families in a clinic-based setting, providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and support. Our RBTs play a vital role in helping individuals with ASD develop essential skills, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents with ASD, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using this information to inform treatment plans and progress monitoring Implement behavior support plans, treatment plans, and other interventions as directed by the BCBA supervisor Conduct discrete trials, using evidence-based practices to promote skill development and behavior change Collaborate with the BCBA supervisor and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment strategies Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor, responding promptly to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors Arrive on time, prepared for therapy sessions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably with individuals with ASD 1 year of ABA experience, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time Preferred qualifications include: Experience using Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans with youth and families Previous experience working in a clinic-based setting, providing ABA therapy services Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development What We Offer At Key Autism Services, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
