Head of Product/CPO for Magnetics

Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently. For an incredible company, we are looking for a great Chief Product Officer to join our awesome Product team. Requirements: - 5+ years in Product Management; • Experience in leadership role in gray niche; • Proven hands-on experience with leading real-money platforms; • Track record of delivering and scaling high-conversion digital entertainment platforms in Tier 1 markets; • Strong command of performance-based product KPIs relevant to real-money or high-engagement platforms; • Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.); • Experience owning a product backlog, managing roadmaps, and delivering results in agile environments; • Solid understanding of SDLC practices and ability to implement and maintain them within the team; • Deep knowledge of industry trends, user behaviours, and platform capabilities within high-compliance digital environments; • Highly proactive, driven, and results-oriented – a self-starter who leads with ownership and initiative; • Ready to take full product ownership and drive performance on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: • Own and lead the product strategy across multiple brands and jurisdictions; • Full ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact and market data; • Ensure structured and consistent SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and smooth release flows; • Manage quarterly planning, setting clear OKRs, product roadmaps, and delivery milestones; • Drive a data-centric approach: continuously monitor and optimize core KPIs (conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV, churn, funnel performance); • Configure and launch new features in collaboration with tech and platform teams; • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations; • Ensure all product features comply with applicable regulatory standards and internal compliance policies; • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BI, VIP, AML, support, and affiliate teams to deliver high-impact product solutions; • Lead A/B testing, generate and validate hypotheses based on user behaviour and market feedback; • Build and motivate a high-performing product team, fostering ownership and accountability.
