Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

Position Summary We are helping our client find a fully remote (in the United States) Growth Marketing Manager. The right data driven candidate will have deep experience in lead generation, SEM, Google Local Services Ads, and paid digital acquisition. In this role, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid campaigns, track performance across all channels, and present clear, actionable optimizations that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes, and ensure all channels operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end SEM management (Google Ads, Bing)—including keyword research, campaign structure, audience targeting, ad copy development, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization for CPL/CPA efficiency. • Lead and scale Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) and oversee Google Business Profile growth, including review strategy, ranking improvements, and LSA quality score optimization. • Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Yelp, Thumbtack, and other CPC/CPL-based platforms. • Monitor daily performance across all paid channels; analyze lead flow, cost efficiency, and conversion rates; and rapidly implement data-backed optimizations. • Build and present recurring performance reports and dashboards that translate data into clear insights, trends, and budget recommendations. • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across ads, bidding strategies, audience segments, and landing experiences to identify scalable growth opportunities. • Evaluate new platforms, targeting methods, and ad formats to expand acquisition reach and uncover high-performing channels. • Partner with Sales to refine lead routing, scoring, and qualification criteria to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing with a focus on lead generation and paid acquisition. • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads/SEM, Google LSAs, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platform reporting dashboards. • Proven track record optimizing toward CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue efficiency. • Experience collaborating with Sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion performance #ZelleS Apply tot his job
