Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 12 years of experience in program or project management. • 5 years of experience in scaled HR operations and/or self-service content management at a global organization. Preferred qualifications: • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Ability to independently set and meet deadlines on multiple projects, often working with ambiguous problems. • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to create consensus from diverse perspectives. • Excellent influencing, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills, with a high level of comfort communicating to all levels of leadership. • Excellent project management skills. In this role, you’ll join a growing team that’s responsible for Google’s digital-first HR self-service strategy centralizing content management and publishing workflows, using data and user feedback to drive content improvements, and engaging subject matter experts to develop experiences that support business goals and user needs. You’ll use data to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving success across a portfolio of content and platform-focused projects, including scaled content migrations, mapping service journeys, and identifying opportunities to improve high-priority user experiences. Where applicable, you’ll manage and delegate to members of the extended workforce. You can see the big picture, then focus on the practical next steps to get there. You know how to balance proactive work with reactive tasks, can scale your impact through delegation, and are known for your attention to detail. Responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences and expectations of our audience, as well as our business goals, to support the design of effective platforms and measurable content strategies. • Own and drive cross-functional projects in support of Google’s HR self-service strategy, including content improvement, service journey mapping, scaled migration projects, and measuring impact of platform optimization efforts. • Analyze data, identify gaps, and proactively recommend opportunities for tactical content, platform, and process improvements. • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across People Operations to ensure great project and product outcomes. • Coordinate and oversee project execution by members of the extended workforce, where applicable.
