Front-End Developer (Contract-to-Hire | Remote)

The Role We're seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to design and build exceptional user interfaces for our AI products. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences that make powerful AI technology accessible to our users. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs • Develop reusable component libraries and establish front-end best practices • Optimize application performance and ensure excellent users experience across devices • Integrate with AI/ML APIs and services to deliver intelligent, dynamic interfaces • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions • Stay current with modern front-end technologies and bring innovative to the team What You’ll Bring Required: • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience • Deep expertise with Next.js (App Router & Pages Router) • Advanced TypeScript skills and strong grasp of type systems • Proven experience with Tailwind CSS and modern styling techniques • Solid understanding of React fundamentals, hooks, and component lifecycle • Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming • Proficiency with modern build tools (Git, npm/yarn/pnpm) • Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: • Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Familiarity with SSR and static site generation • Knowledge of state management (Zustand, Redux, React Context) • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Performance optimization and monitoring experience • Contributions to open-source projects • Background in UI/UX design principles What We Offer • 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity • A chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technology • Collaborative, innovative, and supportive startup culture • Fully remote work environment with flexible arrangements How to Apply Send your resume, description and excerpt of a work product you take most pride in and demonstrates your best work, along with a brief cover letter describing why you’re excited about this opportunity through our LinkedIn job posting.
