The Field Marketing Manager – AMS plays a critical role in driving pipeline, regional brand presence, and deal acceleration across the Americas. This role partners closely with Sales to activate the right accounts through targeted programs, industry events, executive experiences, and regional campaigns aligned to our ICPs in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Public Sector. You will be responsible for executing programs that generate net-new demand, accelerate opportunities already in the pipeline, and elevate TeamViewer’s position as the leader in enterprise connectivity, DEX, and proactive IT. Responsibilities • Strategic Field Marketing Execution • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned to AMS pipeline goals and enterprise GTM priorities. • Partner with Sales leaders, Account Executives, and SDRs to design programs that engage target accounts and accelerate open opportunities. • Build and execute high-impact field programs including industry tradeshows, executive roundtables, CIO/CISO dinners, workshops, and customer roadshows. • Design regional campaign strategies showcasing TeamViewer’s DEX and Tensor value propositions. • Deliver white-glove customer experiences that support expansion and deepen enterprise relationships. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with the global campaigns team to localize content and deploy integrated demand programs. • Align with partner marketing teams (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow) to support regional co-marketing execution. • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key internal stakeholders. • Operational & Analytical Excellence • Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline influence, ROI, and event effectiveness. • Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, and event operations with precision and efficiency. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future programs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of field marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, IT operations, or digital workplace solutions. • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and buyer journey dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. • Data-driven with experience using Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and marketing automation tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong cross-functional influence. • Highly proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
