Maintain a professional and confident demeanor in all customer interactions. Research and Problem-Solving: Conduct thorough research on customer inquiries to provide accurate and relevant solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues or concerns as needed, ensuring timely updates to customers. Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports and insights from customer interactions to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities for our services.
