With a strong commitment to excellence, we're constantly seeking talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Experience Trainer to join our team on a temporary basis, ending by or before May 1, 2025. As a key member of our training team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. Your primary focus will be on coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training, while also ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences. * Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training resources, to support the learning needs of our team members. * Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development. * Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure that our team members are equipped to handle customer interactions with confidence and professionalism. * Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all company policies and procedures. * Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, while ensuring that all team members are supported and empowered to succeed. * Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas. * Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Must be able to work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST. * Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges. * Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others. * Solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills. * Personal ownership of tasks and follow-through to obtain desired results. * Keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and address areas for improvement. * Enthusiasm and comfort speaking in front of large groups of people. * Patience with various types of learners. * Skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion. * Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs. * College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required. * High school diploma or GED required. * Must pass background and drug tests. * Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **What We Offer** As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization that's shaping the future of customer experience. * Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Access to cutting-edge technology and training resources. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and certification programs. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for training and development, we want to hear from you!
