Your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability * Application data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy * Online chat inquiries, with a focus on responding promptly and professionally * Interpretation and adherence to defined procedures and policies, with a focus on regulatory compliance * Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with a focus on passing required exams and certifications * Adherence to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal device with functioning camera, required for the Training Period * Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a hard-wired ethernet connection * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet, with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites) **Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus.
