Key Responsibilities Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers to sell P&C insurance policies and provide solutions for their insurance needs. Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales goals consistently and minimize wait times. Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products. Develop strong knowledge of products and services offered to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in a minimum of 25 to 50 states. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or the insurance industry. Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma or GED. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment. Insurance industry sales experience. Service industry and/or Contact Center experience. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines. Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections. Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail. Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
