Job Overview and Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect adventure documentation Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds Operating loading bridges, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and working between 20 and 40 hours steady per week based on seniority Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation Primary digital literacy, with the ability to navigate computer systems and software applications Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
