Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our London Heathrow customer services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points. You will work closely with our team leaders and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding service, promote our products and services, and contribute to the success of our airline.
