Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Remote Service Technician at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring that our products are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. You will work closely with our clients to resolve issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a part-time role, requiring 8 hours of work per day, and offers a competitive salary of $27 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage equipment, including fountain machines, in accordance with company standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime. Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, ensuring that our products are served at the optimal temperature. Move equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs. Provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and meet their needs. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working effectively as part of a team to achieve company goals. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required. Valid driver's license. Technical aptitude and experience with repairing machines. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in a technical support or customer service role. Familiarity with beverage equipment, including fountain machines.
