Job Summary We are looking for part-time customer support representatives to join our AppleCare team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be supporting a wide range of our iconic products, from iPhones to iPads to MacBooks to desktop Macs. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer care, troubleshooting, and technical support. We expect our Customer Support Representatives to be knowledgeable, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
