As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and taking messages overnight to pass on to our client companies. You will utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records. Your excellent phone etiquette and communication skills will ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding customer service performance metrics and talk time goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
