We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
