Come and enhance both your personal and professional life, and get ready to soar! **Why you'll love this role** As a key member of the Operations Strategic Alignment team, you will play a vital part in collaborating with cross-functional partners across blithequark, as well as working closely with customer experience, finance, and innovation to bring alignment to our operations' needs, support our innovation system, and ensure we work together to achieve blithequark's critical goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly and indirectly leading individuals and teams, planning blithequark's strategy for key initiatives, providing guidance and support to agree on key objectives, identifying and outlining issues, and driving decisions across the organization. You will lead the Operations teams in their transition to the Item Model, which includes advancing short and long-term procedure planning, collaborating on key outcome improvement with attribution to portfolio objectives, and changing the way we interact with IT to achieve goals.
