Our teams are dedicated to helping our clients – engineers, small and large businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations – unlock the full potential of our technology. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will work closely with our Technical Outreach teams as an AI-informed expert to showcase the power of Google Cloud to our clients. In this role, you will assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the capabilities of Google Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential obstacles. You will also have the opportunity to assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) equipment developed by Google, such as the Tensor Processing Unit (TPU). You will collaborate closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. * Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions impacting client adoption of Google Cloud. * Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments. * Suggest integration techniques, deployment models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events on a case-by-case basis. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience. * Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role. * Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience building AI systems and utilizing specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). * Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, deployed systems. * Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations. * Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT space. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud computing concepts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with Google Cloud products and services. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
