As a key member of our SOC design effort, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom circuits that improve chip power efficiency. Your expertise in low-voltage/low-power custom circuits, AI accelerators, SRAM, and other advanced technologies will be instrumental in driving our innovation forward. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency * Work with power group, PD, and designers to define requirements and specifications * Perform plan, analysis, modeling/simulation, circuit-level design, schematic capture, spice simulation/verification across PVT, measurement planning, and silicon validation * Collaborate with format group to complete design and ensure design quality * Create and drive circuit process to achieve highest design quality metrics * Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field * At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in custom circuit design * Strong understanding of deep submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, technology interactions with device behavior * Profound knowledge of device noise sources (1/f, thermal), external noise sources (supply, jitter), and their impact on high-accuracy circuit * Experience with design automation tools, scripting languages (Python/Perl or others), and circuit design software * Familiarity with industry-standard circuit and design tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field * Experience with AI accelerators, SRAM, and other advanced technologies * Strong understanding of power management, thermal management, and signal integrity * Experience with design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM) * Familiarity with cloud-based design tools and collaboration platforms **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and design tools * Strong understanding of design principles, circuit analysis, and simulation techniques **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
