The Role: Customer Support Specialist As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our platform. You will be the point of contact for customers, assisting them with any issues or questions they may have, and providing expert support to help them achieve their goals. Your Responsibilities Be an expert with the blithequark platform, providing timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Assist in creating and maintaining help documentation and support videos to ensure customers have access to the resources they need. Gather customer feedback and enhancements, sharing this information with our Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement. Proactively triage support tickets, liaising with the Development team to ensure timely resolution and minimizing downtime for our customers. Monitor customer health, reaching out to assigned Customer Success Managers to provide solutions and support when needed. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members and customers, acting as a advocate for our customers and helping them adopt new features. What You Should Have To be successful in this role, you should have: Customer service experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support. Ability to empathize with customers, combined with strong multitasking skills and a passion for solving problems. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with experience writing and maintaining support documentation. Working knowledge of customer-facing solutions such as Intercom and Zendesk would be an asset, as would knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with emails and/or landing pages. Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced work environment that is continuously evolving, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
