You'll work from home, using your own high-speed internet connection, and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer questions and concerns in a polite, empathic, and professional manner * Resolving customer issues via phone and digital modalities, with a focus on first contact resolution * Following all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies * Actioning all digital and phone contacts, while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums * Multitasking and communicating effectively over the phone, via chat, social media platforms, or through email * Providing excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities * Maintaining accurate records and updating customer profiles/accounts as required **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field * Social media experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts * High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated workspace **Benefits and Perks** As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 per hour, with eligibility for a salary increase upon successful completion of orientation and training * Substantial employee discount on products * Full-time employees are eligible for benefits offered by arenaflex, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
