Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products, operating the point-of-sale system, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by blithequark Provide exceptional customer service skills, translating customer requirements into final products or services Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system, up-sell, and cross-sell products and services Open and close the center, cash register, and other center systems, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory, ensuring the center is consistent with established standards Interact with couriers, vendors, and store staff, building strong relationships and providing excellent communication Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes, capture, complete tasks, and organize Virtual Mail Essential Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and problems in a professional manner Strong attention to detail, with outstanding time management and organizational skills A high school diploma or equivalent required, with a valid driver's license Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software Ability to work flexible hours, with some supervisory skills preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
