Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, working with carriers and transportation providers, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a strong background in customer service, data entry, and logistics, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Handle requests to plan shipments, including associated documentation, and ensure timely and efficient delivery * Collaborate with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers to resolve any issues or concerns * Consolidate and break-bulk shipments as required, ensuring accurate and efficient processing * Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information * Provide exceptional customer service to clients for active shipments, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly * Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times **Qualifications** * Must speak English fluently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate backup in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster * Dual monitors are preferred, but not essential * Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as required * Previous experience in customer service, call center environment, or other related fields is highly desirable * Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively * Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Typing test will be required to assess your data entry skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively * Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
