We're now seeking an experienced Customer Engineer III, Security, to join our team. As a key member of our security portfolio, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the adoption of arenaflex Cloud products among our customers. With a strong background in cloud native architecture and cybersecurity, you'll work closely with our teams to deliver technical enablement, support bid responses, and drive customer adoption. **About the Role** As a Customer Engineer III, Security, you'll be responsible for working with our teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical security and compliance blockers. You'll share your expertise in security, privacy, and regulatory compliance to support the technical relationship with customers, technology advocacy, and bid responses. You'll also work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments. In this role, you'll contribute to programs in areas of security, privacy, and compliance with internal teams, drive enablement internally to create customer best practices, and travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed. As a public advocate for arenaflex Cloud, you'll be responsible for representing our brand and values in a professional and engaging manner. **Responsibilities** * Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical security and compliance blockers. * Share knowledge in security, privacy, and regulatory compliance to support the technical relationship with customers, technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud. * Work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments. * Contribute to programs in areas of security, privacy, and compliance with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Legal, and Policy), and drive enablement internally to create customer best practices. * Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for arenaflex Cloud. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role. * 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud. * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Cloud or Security industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP). * Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud solutions for enterprises (e.g., account takeover prevention, payment fraud prevention, or other types of automated fraud). * Experience in software development, developing numerous web-based applications. * Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity or fraud industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, OWASP, etc.). * Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and active listening skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $142,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of enterprise-grade solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) matching program. * Paid time off and holidays. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application through our website.
