You will also process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. **Responsibilities** * Handle a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. * Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. * Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. * Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries. * Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide empathetic solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. * Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to toggle between multiple screens and systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and transactions. * Empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with HR and financial systems, including health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. **Skills and Competencies** * Telephone etiquette and active listening skills. * Adapting to change and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions. * Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. * Empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
