About the Role The primary focus of this role is to be an efficient and productive member of our customer service team, handling all customer service-related inquiries via chat. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing a wide range of customer requests, including product inquiries, shipping damage claims, order status updates, vendor communications, pricing calculations, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and support Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and creativity when necessary Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to customers Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues Utilize strong sales acumen to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, generating revenue for the business Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, even in high-stress situations, to meet customer demands and expectations Who Are We Looking For?
