Key Responsibilities Perform case audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of case information Maintain up-to-date case email inboxes and respond or refer individuals accordingly Keep case management systems up to date with accurate and timely data entry Assist with legal forms data entry functions as needed Maintain an active and efficient communication flow with the legal team Act as general support to the legal team and assist as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish Impressive attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience in data entry and working with case management systems (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a legal or administrative support role Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures Experience with data entry software and case management systems Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail : You will need to be highly accurate and detail-oriented in your work, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
