EXECUTIVE BENEFITS CONSULTANT ALM First Executive Benefits (Remote - Nationwide) Do you thrive on opening doors, building trusted relationships, and shaping executive benefits solutions that make a lasting impact? ALM First is expanding its Executive Benefits team into higher education and healthcare and is looking for a driven Executive Benefits Consultant to help institutions attract, retain, and reward their top leadership talent. In this role, you will leverage your network and business development expertise to engage directly with executives and boards. Backed by an experienced internal team providing case design, technical support, and client onboarding, you will stay focused on what you do best - building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth. What You Will Do • Build and expand relationships with senior leaders in universities, healthcare systems, and nonprofits. • Partner with boards and executives to deliver executive benefits strategies that drive retention, succession planning, and organizational stability. • Lead business development efforts, creating new opportunities and strengthening ALM First’s presence in new sectors. • Present and consult directly with executives and boards, positioning ALM First as a trusted partner. What You Bring • 3–5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience with healthcare and/or higher education executives. • A strong track record of consultative sales, engaging executives, and board members. • Experience in business development, lead generation, and strategic sales planning (cold-calling included). • Confidence in presenting and building relationships. • A Life Insurance License is required; (CLU designation is a plus). • Willingness to travel up to 50% and keep a flexible schedule.
