You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our EverPro Security & Alarm Marketing team. We view graphic design as visual storytelling—work that engages, informs, and motivates our audience to take action and build interest in our software and solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual experiences. This role is for a proactive, concept-driven designer who can translate business goals into creative approaches, bring multiple strong options to the table, and elevate initial direction into breakthrough work. You bring expert knowledge of current design tools and are comfortable managing projects from concept through final production. Working closely with cross-functional marketing team members, you will transform written or verbal ideas into high-quality designs that align with brand standards and business objectives. A strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and the ability to adapt style and layout for different audiences and platforms is essential. Responsibilities: • Bring marketing, messaging, and brand strategy to life through impactful, audience-focused visual design • Design across a wide range of formats and channels, including web, presentations, tradeshows, collateral, internal communications, infographics, and digital advertising • Own design projects end-to-end, from concept development through final execution and delivery • Act as a creative partner by translating business goals and direction into multiple concept options that elevate the original idea • Ask thoughtful questions, present clear design rationale, and incorporate feedback efficiently to minimize revision cycles • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand guidelines, while pushing for creative impact • Partner with marketing stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand products, customers, and goals—and reflect that insight in compelling creative • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively communicating status, priorities, and risks • Design with performance in mind, using campaign goals and available metrics to improve effectiveness over time • Maintain and organize internal design, photography, and video asset libraries Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or in-house), with a strong portfolio of concept-driven work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and core design principles • Conceptual thinker who brings ideas forward and strengthens creative direction—not just executes tasks • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions • Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand standards • User-centric mindset focused on creating intuitive, engaging visual experiences • Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable working in an iterative environment • Awareness of current design trends and a desire to continuously grow skills Preferred Experience: • Experience with web design, including basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems • Experience with photo editing and retouching • Video or motion design experience (editing, light animation, or marketing video support) • Interest in and experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency and scalability Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
