The Role We are looking for a talented Ads Copywriter to join our Creative Team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for crafting compelling copy for Facebook video ad scripts . You will play a key role in shaping brand messaging, developing creative campaigns, and producing engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives results. You’ll join a high-performing creative team that already includes two copywriters — Jacob and Michael — and you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing support VAs to bring ad campaigns to life. What You’ll Do Copywriting Write persuasive and engaging video ad scripts for Facebook ads . Develop creative concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams. Ensure all copy aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and messaging guidelines. Edit and proofread copy to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality. Content Development Research and generate fresh ideas for innovative ads that connect with target audiences. Produce ad copy that stands out in competitive markets and drives conversions. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with creative and marketing teams throughout the ad creation process. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops. Support the execution of campaigns aligned with client goals and KPIs . Requirements Requirements Experience & Expertise Proven experience in an ads copywriting role , preferably within an agency or other fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and ad formats. Skills & Abilities Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail. Ability to write creatively while meeting strategic objectives. Basic understanding of branding and visual storytelling. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Personal Attributes Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Strong communicator and collaborative team player. Creative thinker able to generate original ideas and solve problems effectively. Passionate about crafting impactful stories and delivering measurable results.
