Design and implement customized Salesforce and Vlocity solutions to meet client requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Salesforce and Vlocity to ensure the best solutions are provided to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce and Vlocity solutions with other systems and applications. Train clients on the use and functionality of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation and deployment of Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Keep up-to-date documentation of project details, including requirements, design, and implementation. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and Vlocity, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
