Consignment Analyst I

OrthAlign, Inc. is a growing medical device company looking for a Consignment Analyst I. This entry-level position is responsible for managing consigned inventory, performing monthly reporting, and developing key metrics dashboards while collaborating with various departments to enhance consignment operations. Responsibilities Responsible for Field Inventory (consigned instrument sets and units) Develop and communicate processes and procedures to control and ensure efficient utilization of field inventory Perform regular annual audits and reconciliation of inventory held at customers and distributors Develop and provide regular reporting and metrics of field inventory utilization Evaluate field inventory levels and utilization; provide recommendations on optimal inventory levels Partner with sales management distributors to analyze and redeploy assets Review, research, investigate and resolve field inventory discrepancies and disputes related to transferred, returned, lost or damaged inventory Produce regular department reports for internal and external groups Publish key metrics Dashboard for the department Serve as backup for Customer Master Data maintenance Responsible for overseeing loaner program Accountable for set turns utilization and reallocations Skills Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results-oriented, positive, 'can-do' attitude with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context Flexibility and strong organization skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks Applies sound judgement when making decisions and communicating with peers and management Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Experience involving customer contact and resolution of customer difficulties is essential ERP experience, preferably in Expandable Experience developing and transforming a processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and improvement Benefits Competitive compensation including bonus and equity Opportunities for career advancement Full benefits package An evolving, engaging culture and workplace Voted a Top Place to Work in Orange County!
