Clinical Pharmacist - Start of Care

Job Details All pharmacist positions at ExactCare Pharmacy are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills and follow up in a call center environment. Responsibilities • Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's • Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email • Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met • Other duties as appropriate Skills & Abilities • Exceptional standards of customer care • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization • Problem solving ability • Ability to multi-task • Excellent communication skills and customer service • Self-starter with little to no supervision needed • Passion to help people Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active license in state of residence • Experience with pharmacist verification work • Clinical Judgement Expertise • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus • Ability to work flexible schedule • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners AnewHealth offers a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employees that includes medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability as well as voluntary benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off and paid holidays.
