Position Overview The Business Analyst at Demand Machine will serve as a bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams–ensuring successful onboarding, expansion and long-term success of our Enterprise-level HubSpot Clients. You'll help design high-quality, scalable solutions for our customers, focusing especially on complex up-market solutions in industries like logistics, transportation, and B2B services. This is a client-facing, advanced solutions‑builder role focused on CRM (HubSpot) architecture and technical delivery. This role will assess new and existing client needs across existing platforms, define business requirements, process improvements and help deliver these solutions through HubSpot to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders to discover needs, document requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and support implementation across HubSpot and related systems. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, operational challenges, and technology needs. • Lead strategic discovery sessions, define MVP approaches, and set clear, measurable outcomes. • Write and visualize proposed solution and technical documentation including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and business process flows using Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools. • Help define requirements for HubSpot implementations, configuration, and enhancements. • Document “as-is” and “to-be” workflows, write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Support HubSpot data integration, migration and reporting needs as part of the solution design. • Apply your deep technical consulting expertise to implement high-quality solutions. • Present solutions to clients, translating technical concepts into comprehensible business use cases. • Work closely with in-house development and HubSpot architects to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities. • Advise clients as a trusted consultant—ask high‑impact questions, challenge assumptions, and keep work tied to outcomes. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Make) to drive smarter, faster implementations. What You’ll Bring • Deep experience working with a clients as a Business Analyst —preferably as it relates to CRM implementations, configurations or enhancements. • A proven framework, discovery path and tools to define scope, requirements and solutions for new and existing clients. • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong visual documentation skills are a MUST • Extreme comfort in leading and owning client relationships across all levels of the client's company • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst — with a strong background in CRM projects. • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms. • Proven ability to assess client process needs across multiple platforms and translate them into clear project requirements. • Business Analyst certification(s) (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred. • Experience working for an agency or consulting practice as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting external clients. • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or professional services is a strong plus. • Working knowledge of webhooks, APIs and platform integration. • Strong familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Reply.io, Zapier, Tray.io). • Proven ability to turn business goals into actionable technical plans. • Excellent project management and multitasking skills. • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual. • A flexible, adaptable mindset—you work well amid change and ambiguity. • A proactive, team-first attitude with a genuine desire to grow and help others thrive Why Demand Machine • Platinum HubSpot Partner with enterprise momentum • High-autonomy, low-ego culture of operators and builders • We work remotely, move fast, and deliver work we’re proud of • You’ll be supported, challenged, and trusted from day one The Important Details • Expected Salary between $95-115k annually, based on direct and transferable experience • Fully Remote • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Apply now and help us build something great!
