Account Executive, Premium & Membership Sales

Seattle Kraken is building a championship organization that serves fans and business partners through world-class sports and entertainment. The Account Executive, Premium & Membership Sales is responsible for generating new business and cultivating client relationships to drive revenue growth through various ticket sales. Responsibilities An unrelenting effort and enthusiasm to create sales through relationship building in the business community, following up on inbound leads and prospecting through cold calls, email marketing and social selling Make 50+ calls daily with unrelenting positivity Produce business results with a non-stop forecheck mentality Contact, schedule, and conduct in-person, phone and virtual presentations with appropriate decision makers within targeted accounts Effectively communicate Kraken value proposition and key benefits to prospects, matching product solutions to customer needs Meet and exceed all weekly and annual sales goals Involvement in game day activities including, but not limited to, suite visits, complaint resolution, and prospect entertainment Uphold an extraordinary level of customer service Utilize SalesForce CRM, DocuSign and Archtics ticketing system to maintain electronic records of all customers and prospects.
